Thank you for taking an interest in my listing among the many items available. I am offering for sale classical prints produced/published in Europe, which I have collected as a personal hobby for about 30 years, to those who are interested. (Product Description) Title: Het Admiraliteits of Prinsen - hof The Admiralty or Prince's Court/Mansion Publication Year: 1760 Size: Image: Height 28.0cm, Width 45.4cm Sheet: Height 32.5cm, Width 48.5cm Frame: Height 44.5cm, Width 56.5cm Creator: Jan Wagenaar Source: Amsterdam In his, Emergence, Accretion, Histories Publisher: Isaak Tirion Method of Creation: Copperplate engraving, hand-colored Certificate: Certificate of authenticity from when I purchased it is included. Condition: Overall, there is no yellowing due to age, and the margins from the time of publication remain. It is in good condition for a work that is approximately 250 years old. Please note that there are fold marks as it was inserted into a book folded at the time of publication. However, please understand that this is characteristic of a genuine antique piece. For this listing, considering the overall atmosphere, I have framed it in a new light wood frame. It is a beautifully framed piece in excellent condition with no scratches, chips, or dirt on the frame. The back of the frame is not sealed with adhesive tape, allowing you to remove the backing board and view the artwork itself. (Product Explanation) This map is a landscape view of the Admiralty or Prince's Court/Mansion, which was utilized as the old Town Hall, published in 1760 in the book Amsterdam In his, Emergence, Accretion, Histories by the renowned Dutch cartographer Wagenaar. The coloring is meticulously done, and not only the buildings but also the lively depiction of nobles gathered in the inner courtyard are noteworthy. This building appears to be currently used as the Prinsenhof Museum, where one can learn about Dutch history. Click here for the manufacturer's site
