Thank you for viewing! (⁎ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈⁎) This is a work by my aunt, who has been a Washi paper collage instructor for over 40 years. This is a gorgeous peony piece, whose flowers symbolize nobility, wealth, and regal bearing due to their elegant form. The flowers are expressed by carefully tearing and layering Washi paper, creating a unique texture and fuzziness. Please enjoy its soft and gentle feel! (*^^*) ♪ ■ Mini Shikishi size (136×122mm) Measurements are taken by an amateur. Please allow for slight errors. This is a mini shikishi that can be easily displayed in small spaces such as rooms or entrances, regardless of location. ■ We replace a wide variety of Washi papers with paints to express the texture of the fibers in our artwork. Each piece is finished by hand. We ask for your understanding of handmade items when purchasing. *The shikishi may have some warping, but it will not be noticeable when framed. *This is an unused item, but it is a stored item, so we are offering it at an affordable price. ■ Price includes shipping. Ships via Raku Raku Mercari便 (anonymous shipping). We will pack carefully to prevent bending or breaking. ■ Immediate purchase is OK. ■ Frame is not included. ■ Please note that the color and texture may vary slightly depending on your browser or device. ❀ We are offering this at an affordable price to provide an opportunity to learn about Washi paper collage!
