Thank you for viewing. [Expert Recommended] Cenobii Footrest - Under Desk Footrest - Supervised by a Chiropractor - For Remote Work - Footstool - Leg Pillow - Under Desk Footrest (Black) [Product Specifications] Dimensions: 255mm (depth) x 430mm (width) x 103mm (height). Lightweight design at 355g. Uses a 30d high-resilience cushion. The washable mesh cover prevents stuffiness and ensures long-lasting cleanliness. The entire underside features a non-slip finish, making it safe for use on both carpets and flooring. [Supports Correct Sitting Posture] The standard desk height is currently 70cm-72cm. It is said that the correct sitting posture is achieved when the height of the chair's armrests is adjusted to match the desk height. When adjusting the chair to the desk height, individuals of smaller stature may find their feet don't reach the floor, which can compress blood flow in the thighs, leading to swelling and cold extremities. This footrest was developed to address this issue. [Supervised by a Chiropractor] In its creation, we received advice from a chiropractor who is also a bone structure professional (certified judo therapist). We have produced a footrest that minimizes fatigue even with prolonged use, considering height, firmness, and angle. [Reversible Design with Adjustable Height] For relaxation, use the inclined side. This allows for use not only under your desk but also for lounging on the sofa or as a footrest in your car. If you require more height, simply flip it over to achieve a maximum height of 103mm.
