Price is firm. With a blade length of 165mm, it's the perfect size for any home kitchen. The blade is made of a composite material with a steel core sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel. This is a steel core laminated Santoku knife. Because the core material is steel, the edge of the blade is prone to rust. Please wipe it dry with a cloth after use. The blade edge is made of steel and features a professional, three-stage sharpening process for exceptional sharpness. It cuts exceptionally well, and its sharpness is long-lasting.
