Thank you for viewing. This is a YAMAHA YCL450 clarinet. This is a best-selling Japanese-made model using high-quality grenadilla wood. It is equivalent to the current mid-range YCL450 model, with comparable performance. Considering that the current list price is ¥192,500, this is a very good deal. Upon listing, all pads have been replaced. *This is not just an adjustment or inspection; the most costly part, new pads, have been installed, allowing you to use it with confidence for a long time. In addition, the pads used are the highest quality leather pads, known for their durability. *These are the same type used by the manufacturer. It is in generally clean condition. Visually, it would be about an 8.5 out of 10. It is easy for beginners to play and can be used with confidence in concert bands. Our shop is a repair studio operated by a professional repairman with a physical store. The level of repair is vastly different from that of amateurs or those who claim maintenance without being a repair shop. We also welcome you to try playing the instrument at our physical store. Especially for beginners, the difference in playability due to proper adjustment is immense. We strongly recommend practicing with an instrument that has been properly adjusted by a musical instrument store or a specialized wind instrument repair shop. - Disassembly and cleaning - Replacement of defective key corks - Replacement of all pads - Key polishing - Balance adjustment - Playability check It is ready to play immediately upon arrival and can be used with confidence for a long time. There are some scratches from use, but it is in overall clean condition. The product includes: - Main body - Mouthpiece - Case If you were to request the above maintenance at a musical instrument store, it would cost at least ¥60,000. Also, since pads are consumables, even if they are described as adjusted or usable, their condition and remaining lifespan are unknown, and they will eventually need to be replaced. *Adjustment and inspection do not fundamentally extend the lifespan of pads. An unbalanced instrument can be a hindrance to practice. Furthermore, we are seeing an increasing number of cases where instruments purchased from amateurs on flea market sites are brought to us for re-adjustment. While low prices are attractive, we recommend purchasing from professionals with physical stores, etc., if you are going to make a purchase. Price is firm.
