The scene features the iconic bridge illuminated against a warm, hazy night sky, with a traditional street lamp in the foreground casting a golden glow over the riverside railing. The reverse side is postmarked October 9, 1979, from Acton, W.3, and includes handwritten correspondence, two green 6p Queen Elizabeth II stamps, and a red AIR MAIL stamp.
